Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the company D with limited liability, the victim E, after disposing of D; (b) did not intend to pay the disposal price; (c) however, the driving private person F, etc. affiliated with D, thereby impairing the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by stating, “The Defendant may sell the company to be sold to the company if it is one of the following: (a) selling the company; (b) selling the company; (c) selling the company; and (d) cutting off the company from the company as soon as possible and cutting off the company from E to G solidarity.”

2. On April 21, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) convened a general meeting by the victim at the above D D D D conference room; and (b) destroyed the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts, stating that “A would not sell E even if the victim had taken over the company for KRW 1.4 billion from G solidarity,” and “I would attempt to escape from the company.”

3. On May 2016, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts, stating that “The Defendant lost the account books of the E, lost the account books intentionally, lost E, lost the account books, and E is bound by the loss of the account books, and paid a fine of KRW 50 million.”

4. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant had a number of persons, such as D Drivers H, I, and J, at the above D office on or around June 10, 2016, even though the injured party did not bring the accounting books and evidentiary documents at the accounting office, the Defendant does not deem that he/she would not take two stuffs, such as the accounting books and evidentiary documents, at the E Accounting Office.” The Defendant transferred D to G solidarity.
