On May 20, 2016, the Defendant appealed from the Daegu District Court rendered a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for a special assault on the part of the Defendant, but the said appeal was dismissed at the Daegu District Court and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 5, 2016.

No owner or possessor of an automobile shall continue to leave an automobile on the road continuously.
