The Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment of innocence against Defendant C, D, and E is published.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that Defendant A and B, who had been selected as proportional representative candidates for Tparty U-Do Do Wide-gu party members at the fourth simultaneous local election of May 31, 2006 at the time of the fourth simultaneous election of U-Do 206, provided political funds of KRW 300 million each to the Tparty under the pretext of special party membership fees. The Defendants’ act constitutes “an act of contributing political funds in relation to the recommendation of a specific person as a candidate in an election of public office” prohibited under Articles 45(2)5 and 32 subparag. 1 of the Political Funds Act, and in relation to the provision of Defendant A’s political funds, Defendant C and Defendant D constitute an accomplice who received the said political funds as a co-offender, and the specific contents of the indictment written by the prosecution are as follows.
Defendant A’s identity and career of the Defendants: (a) during the third simultaneous local election conducted on June 13, 2002 at the head of the V Counseling Center W branch, the Defendants filed an application for U.S. candidate for proportional representation with Tparty; and (b) during the fourth simultaneous local election conducted on May 31, 2006, Tparty U was elected as proportional representation candidate for a metropolitan-level party member.

B was elected as a member of X-Gun Council at the third simultaneous local election conducted on June 13, 2002, and was elected as the chairman of X-Gun Council. At the fourth simultaneous local election conducted on May 31, 2006, Tparty U-Do Council proportional representative candidate was elected.
Defendant
C was elected in the 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th, and YX election districts, respectively, and served as the representative of Tparty from May 2005 to December 2006.

D passed the fourth administrative notice in 1966, AB also served as Vice-Governor, UDo Governor, AC Vice-Governor, AD Minister, AE University President, President of AE University, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
