All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant A1) In fact, the misunderstanding of the legal principles did not inflict an injury on the victim B, or jointly with C, and even though the Defendant’s act did not result in an injury as stated in the judgment below, the court below convicted the Defendant of the facts charged of this case. The court below erred by misapprehending the legal principles, or by misapprehending the legal principles.

2) The lower court’s improper sentencing is too unreasonable.

B. Defendant B did not have inflicted any injury on the victim A as stated in the judgment below, and the Defendant’s act constitutes a legitimate defense or legitimate act, but the court below convicted the Defendant of the facts charged in this case. The court below erred by misunderstanding of facts and misunderstanding of legal principles.

2. Determination

A. The judgment of the court below as to Defendant A’s assertion 1) was duly adopted and investigated by the court below based on the following circumstances, namely, ① The victim B consistently stated in the investigative agency and the court of the court below that “The victim B attached the body of the victim B and was pushed down with the body of the victim by breaking the body of the victim in a book, and breaking it into the body of the victim B, and C divided the victim B following the victim B, thereby causing injury to the victim B.” ② The victim’s above statement corresponds to the CCTV image installed in the hospital. ② The victim’s statement corresponds to the CCTV image installed in the hospital. ③ In light of the fact-finding report of the court of the court below, the victim’s medical examination document, and the judgment of the court of the court below, the victim B was sent to the hospital on the day of the instant case and was hospitalized on the next day, and was hospitalized at approximately 6 weeks after being diagnosed with the check of the patrue eculation, and the Defendant continued to be discharged from the hospital, as stated in the court below.
