A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received the request from the Overseas Manaman C from the Overseas Friendly Appearance Co., Ltd. to “Manay Embrate; and (b) from around September 16, 2012, the Defendant: (c) from around September 16, 2012, in inserting KRW 10,00,00, the Defendant was not classified by the Game Rating Board; and (d) had indicated 10,00,000, and automatically opened a screen and arranged in combination of objects; and (e) had provided KRW 21,00,000,000, which is the method of obtaining points, to use the Emba-game game machine, including 21,000,000,000 won for each 20,000,000 won acquired through the use of the Yellow Game Products; and (e) had to engage in the exchange business of 10,000.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 50,00 per day from September 20, 2012 to July 17:40 of the same month from September 20, 2012, and confirmed the said C’s place, opened the entrance door of the game room, and opened the entrance to confirm the customers, and carried out the remaining fright, such as the influence of tobacco.

As a result, the Defendant provided game products not classified as above to C for use, and aided and abetted the exchange of the outcome.
