At around 23:50 on 15, 201, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from the front side of the Filisung Hospital in Daegu Suwon-gu to the front side of the two mountain-dong office located in the same Gu, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.104% of the blood alcohol content of the Defendant.
