【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant, from December 2013, 2013, has been engaged in the supply and collection of materials of the said company as a member of the “E” for the operation of the victim D located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan.

1. On July 10, 2014, the Defendant embezzled 4,448,180 won of timber from the representative G of F, a customer, to the Busan Bank’s deposit account (Account Number H) in the name of the Defendant and embezzled it on his/her own by arbitrarily using it to repay his/her personal debt due to sports gambling.

2. On December 3, 2014, the Defendant embezzled the sum of KRW 4,311,852 by arbitrarily consuming the sum of KRW 2,29,852 by the same method nine times from around that time to May 26, 2015, while he/she was transferred KRW 2,294,820 from the representative director of the International Bank of Korea, which is a business partner, to the Busan Bank Account (Account Number K) in the name of the Defendant, for the victim.

3. The Defendant, on June 16, 2014, embezzled the sum of KRW 13.1 million by arbitrarily consuming the same method over a total of 12 times from the time to December 26, 2014, as indicated in the List of Crimes (2), while he/she was transferred to Busan Bank Deposit Account (Account Number H) in the name of the Defendant for the victim and was in custody for the victim.

The Defendant of “2016 Highest 3263” is a victim company (hereinafter “victim company”) that produces and sells flowers from January 2, 2012 to September 9, 2013.
