Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall excavate forest products without permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or the head of a regional forest office.

On December 13, 2015, the Defendant extracted 1 glue tree from Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, without permission of the competent authority.
