Punishment of the crime

1. On August 8, 2016, around 02:38, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store duties by force for about 50 minutes, including, but not limited to, the victim M, an employee under the influence of alcohol on the ground that he/she no longer fell under the “L” convenience store located in K and the first floor of Busan, Busan, and on the ground that he/she no longer fell under his/her own bank.

The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (1) and on the grounds that Q2, who was dispatched to the P District upon the report of 112, said that the Defendant said the Defendant was fleeped to view CCTV within the convenience store, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by saying, “this flincium brue” and “a flin brue” to the victim in the presence of other people, such as convenience store employees.
