Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On January 2013, the Defendant received a total of 67 bankbooks or cash cards, etc., as indicated in the separate sheet of crimes, from November 1, 2012 to May 2013, 2013, from an online gambling game site operator, for the purpose of selling the Internet gambling game site operator or using them to “F” in his or her country’s way of money exchange (H).
