A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2014. 10. 2. 12:24경 대구 동구 C에 있는 D마트 앞 노상에서, 슈퍼마켓에 출입하는 손님들에게 불안감을 조성하고 위 슈퍼마켓 업주에게 욕설을 하는 사람이 있다는 신고를 받고 출동한 동부경찰서 E지구대 소속 경찰관 경위 F, 경사 G이 “행패를 부리지 말고 집으로 돌아가라”고 귀가를 요청하자 경위 F에게 “개새끼야 니가 뭔데 이래라 저래라 하노”라고 욕을 하면서 오른손으로 목 부분을 3회 치고, 멱살을 잡아 흔들어 근무복 상의 단추가 떨어지게 하고, 재차 귀가를 요청하는 위 경위 F에게 “못간다 자슥아 니나 가라”라고 하면서 손으로 목 부분을 2회 때리고 멱살을 잡았다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reported cases by the Inspector F, a police officer.
