On November 1, 2013, at around 01:37, the Defendant continued to engage in a disturbance, such as drinking alcohol from the stairs in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and making a large-scale telephone conversation, thereby slicking neighbors residing therein.
