1. The Defendant’s KRW 21,374,730 and KRW 20,63,380 among the Plaintiff, respectively, shall be 12% per annum from February 5, 2015 to April 29, 2015.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including the number of branch offices), the defendant borrowed 20,000,000 won from the Seodong Saemaul Depository on September 15, 2009 under the plaintiff's credit guarantee, and thereafter, when a credit guarantee accident occurred due to delay in the payment of the above principal and interest of loan, the plaintiff subrogated to the Seodong Saemaul Depository on February 5, 2015. Meanwhile, the agreement rate from the date of subrogation for the plaintiff under the above credit guarantee agreement is 12% per annum, and additional guarantee fee for the substitute payment is 592,180 won, legal procedure expenses are 592,180 won, and the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 21,374,730 won per annum, 263,683,381, 2000 won per annum from the date of subrogation to the date of 2015.25% per annum, 2000 won per annum, 2015.
