Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated the “DPC room” in the Gunsan City building B and C from January 3, 2020 to March 10, 2020.

1. No one who violates the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry due to the provision of game products, the contents of which are different from the classification of classification, shall provide game products for the distribution or use, or exhibit or keep, for such purposes, contents of which are different from the classification of classification of classification;

Nevertheless, around March 10, 2020, the Defendant established five game software "total" to acquire game money by using a card in which Spanish, DPC, DPC, Lmond, Hart, and Clober, etc., and exchanged the total amount of 270,000 won by calculating the game money acquired by customers in an irregular manner using game water as one won per one notice.
