Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On February 25, 2014, F entered into a contract for the purchase of real estate in G (H, I, hereinafter “instant real estate”) owned by the Busan Urban Corporation (hereinafter “instant contract”) and the purchase of real estate in G (hereinafter “instant project”) in KRW 14.5 billion (hereinafter “instant contract for the purchase of land”).
F paid the down payment of KRW 1.45 billion to Busan Urban Corporation on the same day.
The main contents are as follows:
The seller of the building site in Seoul Special Metropolitan City: The seller of the building site in J(F) Special Metropolitan City and the seller of the building site in Busan Special Metropolitan City: The seller of the Busan Special Metropolitan City Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “A”) and the buyer J (hereinafter referred to as the “B”) shall sell the above building site in order to implement the sale of the building site in Busan Special Metropolitan City and the sale contract for the following land (hereinafter referred to as the “this contract or the sale contract for the sale of the building site in Busan Special Metropolitan City”) with the height of 4,912, 6,200,912,90,953,000 residential area 50/250,000 residential area 8,000 and less than 8,2428,29,000 residential area 50/250,000 residential area 8, and the seller and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “B”) shall purchase the above building site in accordance with Article 1(1).
Article 4 (Site Sale Price and Method of Payment) (1) A shall sell the business site to B for 14.5 billion won, and the date and amount agreed to pay the sales price for the business site shall be as follows:
Provided, That if the date of the payment agreement is not the banking business day, it shall be paid on the following day.
