Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

When it is intended to export or return goods, the name, size, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs

The Defendant, in collusion with B, requested the customers to purchase miscellaneous goods, such as clothes, shoes, etc. sold at a domestic duty-free shop ordered by the customers from B, and the Defendant directly purchased goods and carried them out to Japan, and then the Defendant agreed to import them by bringing them back to Korea without filing a declaration with the customs office.

On October 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased Babs from the new world duty-free shop located in Busan, Daegu, and carried them out to Japan on October 7, 2014; (b) carried them back to Korea without filing a declaration thereon on October 8, 2014; and (c) imported 98 points in 36 times in total, including 41,812,710 won, in total, from the market price to December 2, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant purchased goods at a domestic duty-free shop and brought them into Korea without filing a report thereon with the customs office.
