Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing taxi around 10:00 and proceeded in the direction of the crossing of the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Tax Office at the Mapo Tax Office located in the epoch basin; (b) on the ground that the victim E ( South Korea, 28 years old) driven by the driver Fsch Rexton, her vehicle driven at the epoch from the eposite to the two-lanes; and (c) threatened the victim with a dangerous object, such as sudden operation in front of the victim’s vehicle.
