A Imprisonment of 8 months and fines of 3,00,000,000 won, Defendant B and C shall be punished by imprisonment of 10 months and fine of 5,00,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, B, C - 2014 Highest 10034, around June 23, 2014, Defendant A leased 1studio 8 and one waiting room for female employees in Gangnam-gu Seoul and operated Defendant B and J as employees, and Defendant C introduced Thailand’s nationality K, etc. as a female for commercial sex acts, and operated a commercial sex acts business establishment of “L”.
Defendant
B worked as the head of night office at the above establishment, and was in charge of activities such as guidance for customers, Internet advertising, commercial sex acts, and management of employees.
Defendant
C was in charge of receiving the share of sexual traffic from Defendant A while connecting and managing the female of Thailand to the above sexual traffic business establishments, and receiving 10,000 won per customer and receiving the remainder to the female of Thailand.
At around 17:10 on July 1, 2014, the Defendants conspired to engage in sexual traffic in the same way from around June 23, 2014 to the above temporary date, including: (a) having K et al., in return for the payment of 65,000 won for sexual traffic from male customers who found the said business place; and (b) having K et al. al. al. ske the sexual organ of the customers in hand and to have them scam up to the scam under the above conditions; and (c) had them arrange sexual traffic

Defendant C, D - 2015 Highest 1328, Defendant C is a business owner operating a sexual traffic business with the trade name “N” located underground in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City M, and Defendant D is a person employed as the head of the business office of the above business establishment.
No person shall arrange, recommend or induce an unspecified person to receive money, valuables or other financial gains, or to promise to act as a sexual intercourse or similar thereto.
Nevertheless, the above Defendants, on October 21, 2014, up to October 25, 2014, receive 65,000 won to 80,000 won per man from many unspecified male customers who had found the above business establishment from around October 21, 2014, and let female employees, such as O, P, Q, and R, take a similar act.
