Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for three months at the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on August 24, 2017, and the judgment was finalized on April 20, 2018. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry at the Daegu District Court on February 26, 2019, and the judgment was finalized on March 6, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The “D” game products in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc. are non-facing (e.g., non-facing (non-facing) games, which do not function as a gift discharge function.
