Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) by the Defendant, on April 14, 2013, the Defendant was driving a BM7 car under the influence of 0.102% of blood alcohol level on the duty of 04:05 on April 14, 2013, while driving a vehicle from the old U.S., which was in the influence of 0.102% of blood alcohol level, and driving the vehicle from the direction of KBS distance on the side of the city in the Gu/U.S., which was in front of the restaurant, according to the two-lane, one-lane of the two-lane distance. While driving a taxi under the influence of alcohol level while neglecting the duty of ebbbrence in drinking, while driving the taxi at the right edge of the said SM7 car, the Defendant received the front part of the DM7 driver’s vehicle from the victim (56 years old).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., in a brush of a fish dog that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to such occupational negligence.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act operated the said SM7 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place above.
