Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a candidate for the election of a member of the Gu in the 6th nationwide City/Do election.

1. Violation of the Public Official Election Act;

A. On March 31, 2014, the Defendant held a meeting with six persons, including G, etc., who will be election campaign workers, at the Defendant’s election campaign office located in F and 2 floors, and provided the above six persons with meals equivalent to KRW 36,00 in total at H’s restaurant located in the vicinity of the election campaign office. (2) On April 19, 2014, the Defendant held a ceremony at the Defendant’s election campaign office on April 19, 2014, and provided 16 persons, such as the party scheduled to be election campaign workers, G, etc., who participated in the said opening ceremony with the Defendant’s share of KRW 60,00 in the market price purchased by the Defendant.

B. From April 2, 2014 to April 16, 2014, the period of prohibition of election campaign, the Defendant provided a list of voters’ contact numbers to volunteers I at the Defendant’s election campaign office as indicated in the preceding paragraph, and made him/her engage in an election campaign, such as sending a list of voters’ contact numbers, and allowing him/her to engage in an election campaign “A office opened to Gu Council candidates at once, K, and L,” and on April 30, 2014, the Defendant provided I with KRW 80,000 in cash.

2. Anyone who violates the Political Funds Act shall disburse election expenses in excess of 200,000 won by checks, credit cards, deposits in a deposit account, or by other means confirmed real names;

Nevertheless, on April 30, 2014, the Defendant provided 80,000 won in return for an election campaign to I who is a volunteer and disbursed it in cash.
