On May 20, 2014, the Defendant driven a 21st ton cargo vehicle at a distance of about 10km from the 10km to the front road of big gas in front of a bus terminal located in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with alcohol content of 0.072%, while under the influence of alcohol around 21:14.
