1. The Defendant’s KRW 122,20,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from October 31, 2013 to July 25, 2014, and the following.

A claim indication: (a) around January 30, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant on the ground 620, Jinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City with respect to electric power, fire-fighting, and telecommunication works among the new construction works in the new revalescent hospital on the ground 620, Jinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) agreed on KRW 322,00,000,000, excluding the additional tax; and (c) the Defendant did not pay KRW 90,000,000 out of the additional tax and the construction cost of KRW 32,20,000,000, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff 122,200,000 and damages for delay.
