Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No motor vehicle or horse, other than motor vehicles (applicable only to emergency motor vehicles, in cases of two-wheeled motor vehicles), shall drive on or cross an expressway or motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, on March 14, 2017, the Defendant driving a two-wheeled automobile B CA1105 two-wheeled automobile on the roads of the 36-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which is an exclusive road for motor vehicles.
