A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on June 12, 2008, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 13 of the same year, and on March 28, 2002, sent the juvenile protection case to larceny at the Gu's District Prosecutors' Office on March 28, 2002, and the same year.

5. On June 17, 2005, the same prosecutor's office received a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to special larceny, etc. from the same prosecutor's office, and the same prosecutor's office received a disposition to transfer juvenile protection cases due to larceny, etc.

The Defendant, around 02:30 on August 28, 2014, at the Dong apartment underground parking lot located in the Dong apartment 122, Guri-si 122 (Selective Dong-dong), destroyed the above glass window by gathering strings of the back seat crepan of the victim C-owned, and caused damage to the said glass window, with cash of KRW 100,000, the victim who was in custody in the said taxi, and followed up to October 28, 2014 from August 28, 2014 to October 22, 20 of the same year, 95 by the following methods: (a) the sum of cash owned by the victims, KRW 6,997,90,90, and KRW 100 on the aggregate of the market values, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

As above, the Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property.
