1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 8,860,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 15, 2015 to October 15, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

In full view of the fact that the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on September 15, 201, up to KRW 10,00,00, KRW 1,200 per month, and KRW 26,00 per month (value-added tax), and the period from September 15, 201 to September 14, 201, the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on July 10, 201 to reduce the lease amount of KRW 20,00, KRW 60,00, KRW 10,000, KRW 60, and KRW 20,000, KRW 30,00, and KRW 10,00,00, KRW 20,000, and KRW 25,00,000, the remainder of the leased object to be paid by the Plaintiff on October 25, 201, and the Defendant concluded a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on July 10, 2012.

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts, the Defendant: (a) from the Defendant’s monthly rent of KRW 16,50,000 for the period from June 26, 2012 to January 12, 2015 (=60,000 for each month between 20 months from June 26, 2012 to February 28, 2014 (at the request of the Plaintiff, less than a month) = 13,200,00 won) [30,00 won for each month between March 1, 2014 to January 12, 2015 (at the request of the Plaintiff, less than a month)], the Plaintiff from the Defendant.
