According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant claimed damages for delay from the date following September 17, 2017, on which the plaintiffs sought as the price for the goods, USD 381,108.12 to the plaintiff's annual design ($ 415,403.07 - USD 34,294.95), USD 9,966.59 to the plaintiff's annual existence ($ 88,018.54 - USD 78,051.95) and each of them after the due date for payment, on September 18, 2017, on which the plaintiffs sought as the price for the goods, KRW 381,108.12 to the plaintiff's annual design ($ 415,403.07 - USD 34,294.95). The defendant does not specifically dispute this.
