1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff by the Seoul Central District Court Decision 97Gahap70144 decided May 29, 1998.

Reasons

1. Since a claim based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 97Gahap70144 against the plaintiff by the defendant indicating the claim has expired ten years after the date when the above judgment became final and conclusive, compulsory execution based on the above judgment shall be dismissed.
