1. Defendant Han-gu Tourism Development Co., Ltd. shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 600,00,000 as well as its full payment from May 14, 2014.

1. Following the premise facts may be acknowledged based on the following facts: (a) between the Plaintiff and Defendant Han-gu Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Han-gu Tourism Development”) on the confession of the said Defendant pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act; and (b) on the statements between the Plaintiff and the Defendant Han-gu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Slar”) on Gap’s evidence 1 through 4, Eul’s evidence 1 through 3 (including the number of pages), and the fact inquiry on the prote real estate trust (hereinafter “protek real estate trust”) and the entire purport of the pleadings.

Defendant Han-gu Tourism Development (former Trade Name before the change: Sheweldly, Co., Ltd.) is a company running a golf course (hereinafter “instant golf course”) with the trade name of “contribute club to be detached” from the land and its lot of eight and eight parcels of land (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

1. Name of membership: A service club-invested member to be considerably detacheded;
