Defendant
C is the representative director of the (ju) E in the Gyeonglbuk-gun, representative of G in the F of the Busan Sho-gu, and the defendant A is the director of the (ju) E, who is a director of the (ju) E.
From January 2013, the Defendants were supplied with goods on credit from another person and subsequently sold them to a third person, and thus repaid the debt in the form of prompt repayment. At the time, the amount of debt such as bonds reaches approximately KRW 2,300,000,000, and the monthly expenditure exceeds the monthly revenue, and subsequently purchased the goods in the possession in a state of less than the monthly revenue to the customer and then purchased them again with the margin from the customer, after selling them to another place, to the extent that the bank must pay the credit sales liability to the bank by means of bad financial standing of the company, even if they were supplied by the victim, they did not have any intent or ability to pay the amount.
Defendant
Around November 1, 2013, C purchased goods from Defendant A on credit from the victim H, and prepared cash, and ordered the bank to pay the credit sales debt to the bank. Defendant A calls the victim to “Yedong to the Bank E and G, if it is supplied to G, it will pay the price one month after the credit sales bond settlement method.”
From November 1, 2013, the Defendants conspired to induce the victim, and thus, had the victim paid an amount equivalent to KRW 117,434,130 at the market price of Yellowdong 17,646km, the amount equivalent to KRW 117,434,130 at the market price of November 7, 2013, the amount equivalent to KRW 101,249,170 at the 15,214km and the amount equivalent to KRW 101,249,170 at the Yellowdong around November 20, 2013, and the amount equivalent to KRW 21,692km market price of KRW 137,205,200 at the market price of Yellowdong 21,692km and paid the amount.
