1. The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) shall be located in 13,663.1 square meters of the school site in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City at the time of port to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

1. Basic facts

In the instant business decision and the cadastral approval protocol, 165 m2,710 m2, Nam-gu, Nam-gu (hereinafter “previous land”) was indicated as school facilities for nuclear high schools at port.

B. A union filed an application for authorization of a land substitution plan (an alteration) around 2004; however, the association classified the previous land as a school site and stated that the area was changed from 13,710 square meters to 13,658 square meters due to global confirmation surveys.

C. On February 13, 2009, the Mutual Association obtained a change of land substitution plan including the content that the previous land shall be replaced by 13,663.1 square meters of the school site (limited to a change in the lot number, and the actual location or area is the same as the previous land; hereinafter “instant land”) from the Mayor/Do Governor of Gyeonggi-do at the port of port, the land substitution plan including the content that the previous land shall be replaced by 13,663.1 square meters.

A union announced a replotting disposition on March 12, 2009.
