Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person working as a staff member of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Management Office, and the victim D (the age of 36) was a police officer of the Seoul Suwon Police Station Estation, who was reported from F as a resident of C apartment, and was dispatched to C Apartment Management Office around April 19:30 on April 28, 2014.

On April 28, 2014, at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment Management Office, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim’s question of whether the victim is not responsible for the management of the reporter and the door-to-door lost property, while the reporter F, G, and staff H, etc., of the management office of Gangnam-gu, and by openly insulting the victim’s question of whether he/she is not responsible for the management of the reported and door-to-door lost property. The Defendant notified the police officer G sent back together with the police officer G that he/she could be punished for insult, and then he/she expressed that “Ne is so good, Mah and Marh.”
