Punishment of the crime

Defendant

From September 27, 2011, A took overall charge of the operation of E from D 4th to the president of the “E”, a long-term care facility, from the Si-si, Si-si, and Defendant B took charge of the duties, such as claiming expenses for long-term care benefits, as the head of the above medical care center.

In order for long-term care facilities to receive expenses for long-term care benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation, they shall meet the standards for facilities and human resources under the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged and the Enforcement Rules of the same Act, and shall be paid after reporting

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.
