Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not sell drugs harmful to juveniles, etc. to juveniles, who operate general restaurants in the name of Busan Dong-gu B.

Nevertheless, at around 23:40 on October 27, 2012, the Defendant sold the total amount of KRW 91,000,000 to 6 juveniles, such as C (18 years of age) at the above general restaurants.
