Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 2017, around 19:55, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as assaulting, within the emergency room of the C Hospital located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) 1) the victim, who is an intention to enter the hospital, with a prescription complaint for himself/herself; (c) the victim, who is an intention to enter the hospital as a truth; (d) the victim, who is an act of violence, such as flading a philar, and demanding the victim to come out of the hospital from the side, and b) E (2) the private nursing victim (2) the

Property damage Defendant prevented the victim F (30 years of age) who is a security guard at the time and place set forth in the above paragraph 1 and moved out of the truth, and then damaged the amount of the repair cost equivalent to approximately KRW 200,000 of the market price by removing the Defendant’s act from the floor by the defective hand to photograph the Defendant’s act with a gallon 5 mobile phone in a gallon jum jum jum.

On October 21, 2017, around 19:50 on October 21, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place as Paragraph (1) of this Article, had a complaint on his/her prescription, had access to the truth in an emergency room, had an access to the preliminary truth, and had medical personnel make anti-end and abusive remarks, and had the nurses and security personnel refrain from doing so, and interfere with the treatment of the victim D (28 tax) who is a doctor by force, by force, by means of force, such as exerting a large voice in an emergency room to prevent the use of force against the nurse and security personnel.
