A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant was revoked on February 28, 2016, but around 10:50 on November 18, 2017, the Defendant 21 KTX luminous station in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, thereby driving HG motor vehicles by making up approximately 27 km from around 187 to E in Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and driving the HG motor vehicle by making up approximately 5 km from around 12:10 on the same day to around 12:50 on the same day.

2. The term "motor vehicle management business" includes the motor vehicle sales business, and the term "motor vehicle sales business" means the business of buying and selling motor vehicles or arranging motor vehicles and vicarious execution of application for the registration thereof, and any person who intends to conduct the motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu in accordance with Ordinance

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to work in G located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City in order to arrange for the sale and purchase of used cars without registration, and around 11:00 on November 18, 2017, in front of the 21st half of KTX 1, KTX 21, KTX 21, and I, at around 11:30 on the same day, have shown 3 motor vehicles in J in the Nam-ro 187, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the 13:00 on the same day, and operated a motor vehicle trade business by arranging their signature after having been signed by I in the record.
