All appeals filed by the prosecutor against the Defendants are dismissed.

1. In full view of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor in the records of this case, the court below found the Defendants not guilty of the facts charged of this case, despite the fact that the Defendants conspired to deception the victim F and acquired the total amount of KRW 44 million, is sufficiently recognized.

2. In light of the records, a thorough examination of the evidence of this case and the determination of not guilty of the facts charged of this case on the basis of the circumstances presented by the court below is justified, and there is no error of law of misunderstanding of facts as alleged by the prosecutor in the judgment below.

Therefore, the prosecutor's above assertion is not accepted.

3. In conclusion, since the prosecutor's appeal against the defendants is without merit, all of the appeals are dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
