A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. When the Defendant was found to have been subject to a police investigation on the charge of rape against N, which was a woman-friendly Gu, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the investigation.

At around 03:00 on October 14, 2013, the Defendant found the victim AI's father, who is the father of the above N, located in AH, and broken up two glass windows by gathering the bricks located therein from the victim's house glass.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim to be the amount of repair cost.

2. On November 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint destruction and damage, etc.) along with AJ, and around 05:30 on November 11, 2013, at the same place as paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant laid one glass window by gathering a stone located therein in the victim’s house and shouldering one glass window, and the AJ laid two stones in the order of the victim’s house glass.

As a result, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim in collaboration with AJ by 231,00 won of the cost of repairing the property.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on October 14, 2013, driven a AL-learning car from around 31 km to the front of the AI house located at AH when the Defendant was from the front door of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeong-gun AK in Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

B. On November 11, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on November 1, 2013, driven a AL-learning car from around 31 km to the front of the AI’s house located in AH when the Defendant was from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeongjin-gun AK to the front of the house.
