A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A serious injury: (a) around 01:53 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant: (b) on the street in front of the “D cafeteria” located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; (c) caused danger to life by causing injury to the victim by having the victim go against the right side by having the victim go against the upper part of the victim’s chest, so far as the dispute occurred due to the payment of the credit amount between the victim F (52 years old) and the employees of the liquor wholesaler that supplies alcoholic beverages to the restaurant operated by the Defendant; and (d) making the victim go beyond the upper part of the victim’s chest so as to have the head go against the right side.

2. Around 01:00 on April 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven a motor vehicle without a driver’s license within approximately 2.2 km section from the front side of the “Sho Steel” road to the “Sho Steel” in the same Ri through the office of the Defendant’s house located in G via the office of the Defendant’s house located in G, via the office, etc., and driven the H franchise without a driver’s license.
