Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle in the B AW test.

1. Around 02:54 March 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.114 (on a zero point point) in the blood alcohol concentration of about 1km from the front to the front of the road, around 475 in the Dobong-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and about 69 in the front of the road and about 1km from the front of the road.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, at the time and place set forth in paragraph 1, when driving the said vehicle in the direction of breadthed high-speed direction from the view of the knives room, the Defendant damaged the property by driving the said vehicle safely in the direction of the course when he neglected his duty of care to prevent the accident by driving the vehicle in advance, such as blurging the blurg and the left and right, in spite of the fact that there was a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance, by neglecting his duty of care to prevent the accident, the Defendant damaged the property by impairing the utility of the property to the extent of 11,401,872 won of the damaged vehicle of the victim C (27 years old) who was parked on the right right side of the vehicle of the Defendant driving.
