A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2015, at around 11:55, the Defendant attached a list to the front car registration number plate operated by the Defendant to avoid the crackdown on parking at the street near the exit of 13 times in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching it to the front car registration number plate operated by the Defendant.
