1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 35,251,665 won and 6% per annum from February 24, 2018 to September 13, 2018.

1. The Plaintiff’s argument for the claim is running the sales business of BC oil and ion chemical oil at his domicile. The Defendant A Co., Ltd. purchased BC oil and ion chemical oil sold by the Plaintiff in KRW 35,251,665 from November 16, 2016 to December 23, 2017, and paid the price after two months. The Defendant B jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant A Co., Ltd’s obligation to pay goods.

2. The Defendants’ confession pursuant to the main text of Article 150(3) and Article 150(1) of the Civil Procedure Act is deemed to have led to the confession of the Plaintiff’s assertion.

3. In conclusion, the Defendants are jointly and severally obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 35,251,665 won and the amount calculated at the rate of 6% per annum as prescribed by the Commercial Act from February 24, 2018 to September 13, 2018, which is the date of this decision, and 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
