Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a car volume by 200 meters away from the mobile post office located in the Gu of Ansan-si to the front of the high village apartment located in the same Gu, in the vicinity of the Dongdong-gu, Ansan-si, in a state of alcohol of 0.163% of blood alcohol concentration.
