A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On July 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:20, the 3rd floor stairs of the Drown-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Jinjin-gu; (b) on the part of the victim E (S) who was known to the general public, did not fully pay the investment amount; and (c) on the part of golf bonds, the Defendant: (a) carried the victim’s left-hand bucks, which are dangerous goods in advance, with golf bonds, which are dangerous goods in possession of the victim; and (b) on the one occasion, left-hand bucks of the victim in need of approximately two weeks medical treatment.

2. The Defendant who damaged a special property, as described in paragraph 1, inflicted an injury on E, and was parked at a G cafeteria, a G cafeteria located in F in Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City around 22:40 on the same day.

E It was damaged by 300,000 won of repair cost by getting off the above golf loans, which is a dangerous object of glass for the rear side of the I Fexton car, the victim H of E.
