A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (n, 61 years of age) are married with each other, and the victim C (n, 56 years of age) is the wife of the defendant.

1.
