Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2013, at around 19:09, the Defendant took a video image of the body parts of the victims against the victim's will, as shown in the attached list of crimes, such as taking a video image of the victim's body parts, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame by making them sit on the left side of the victim B (n, 19 years of age) by standing in the subway 2 line station located in Songpa-gu Seoul Pungdong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and thus may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using his ELS cell phone. From around 12:00 on August 24, 2013 to 19:19 on the same day, the Defendant took a video image of the victims' body parts against the victim's will that might cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a cell phone.
