1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 432,969,910 and the interest rate thereon from September 12, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

The Plaintiff terminated the above lease agreement due to the Defendant Company’s nonperformance of the obligation to pay lease fees under the lease agreement entered into with Defendant B’s joint and several sureties as indicated in the following table, while seeking the payment of unpaid lease fees to the Defendants.

The lease cost of the lease on the date of the contract (based on September 1, 2014) shall be the unpaid interest rate of the lease (based on September 11, 2014) 25% per 36 months annually 432,969,910 won per 481,86,210 won interest (based on September 201, 201) and per 46,30,000 won per 80,000 ECET 493,00,000 won per 12,687,60,600 won (based on May 201, 201) - Articles 208 (3) 3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable to the provisions of Article 208 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (based on service by public notice).
