On August 10, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on August 10, 200, and on April 29, 2013, a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for the same crime at the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on April 29, 20

The defendant is a person who drives B Poter Cargo Vehicles.

On April 27, 2013, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.086% in the section of approximately 500 meters alcohol content from the front road of the “Bansung Emba” in the Orpo-Eup, Gwangju to the front road of the same Ri.
