1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit, including costs incurred by participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Details of the decision on retrial;

A. The Intervenor Intervenor B (hereinafter referred to as the “ Intervenor”) entered the Plaintiff on December 9, 2008, and the Intervenor C entered the Plaintiff on July 16, 2008, respectively; the Intervenor B was the business support team leader; and the Intervenor C was the business support team leader; and the Intervenor was the business support team leader; and the Intervenor is affiliated with the branch of the National Public Research Union A.

B. The Intervenor and the Korean Public Research and Trade Union have filed an application for remedy with the Chungcheong Regional Labor Relations Commission because each of the disciplinary actions in this case constitutes unfair disciplinary action and unfair labor practice.

On December 19, 2016, the Chungcheongnam-nam Regional Labor Relations Commission has accepted the part concerning the unfair disciplinary action on December 19, 201, which was the disciplinary action against the intervenors on July 13, 2016.
