Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant insultd on July 21, 2015, at around 10:00, the route of the Masansan Island located in the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a financial transaction relationship with the victim B (the age of 59).
